Payment:
Payment is accepted with a money order, cashier's check, Paypal, personal check (must clear first before animals are shipped), credit card through Paypal.

Due to situations that unfortunately happen, we WILL NOT ship first. We do not send COD.
We offer a 10% discount to all active duty military and thier spouses (this includes any auction). Email us on our verifiction process.
We do not sell any reptiles that are not in perfect health. All are eating well and on a proper diet. All animals are captive bred by us, unless otherwise stated. If you are unhappy with your reptile, we will give you a full refund, you must pay for shipping back to us. Any problems with the reptile must be reported within 24 hrs of receiving.
We do our best in properly describing the reptile we are selling. We are not out to rip you off. If you ever feel that we have misrepresented a reptile that we have sold you please let us know, we will do our best to make you happy. We provide pictures of the animals under different lighting conditions so that you get a clear view on what the animal looks like.
We want you to be comfortable with your purchase. At times an animal exhibits some unique colors or patterns that we won't point out. We don't want to push a reptile on you. If you have any questions about a certain reptile, please ask, we will try and give you more information. We want you to make your own decision about the reptile we are auctioning, we post many pictures of the animals under different lighting.
The guarantee basically comes down to this. If the animal is DOA, we will ask for evidence, (nothing outrageous) we will either give you a full refund or offer you another one of our animals, the choice will be yours. If your just plain not happy with your purchase, we will do what's right. Ship the animal back to us (you pay) and we will either give you a full refund or offer you another one of our animals, the choice will be yours
Shipping is through Fed Ex overnight delivery. We guarantee live arrival with 100% satisfaction as long as someone is there to sign for the package. We can not guarantee live arrival if no one is available to receive and sign for the package. We ship Monday thru Wednesday. If the weather conditions are forecasted to be bad enough that there is a potential danger to the animal we will wait for the weather to clear up before shipping.
Cold weather months: All packages are insulated with 3/4 inch housing insulation that is custom cut for each individual box. In the bottom of the package is a 40 hour heat pack. The critter isnormally placed in a deli cup or shipping bag which is then packed in the package. We do not use pre-made insulated boxes, we make our own. The minimum temperature for us to ship is 40 degrees.
Warm Weather months: The critter is placed in a deli cup and that cup is then packed in the package. We use cold packs also as needed.
We don't ship and forget! We want to know from you when the animal arrived and if it made the journey in excellent condition. We track along with you the shipping. As stated above, communication is the key, lets keep each other informed.
You may pick up the animal if you like for a reduced price. We are located in the Callahan, Florida... just a few miles north west of Jacksonville, Florida
